I am sorry to hear that you are feeling bad right now @gmusicj . It sounds like things are difficult for you right now, so it is important to make sure that you are practicing self-care Heart What self-care activities can you do this evening to make you feel a bit better?

 

I also think you may find calling and talking to a professional to be quite useful. Some of the helplines you can call are Beyond Blue and 1800 Respect. If you don't feel like talking to a counsellor right now, is there anyone else that you feel comfortable chatting with?

im sorry your having panic attacks and not coping very well atm. that's really difficult.
can I ask if you have any supports that you could reach out to for some more help and support?
