It can be sometimes really hard to know when someone is bullying, especially if they are backhanded comments. A general way to tell, is if it keeps on happening and it causes you harm either physically or mentally, it is bullying. You can always talk to Kids helpline, or talk about it to a friend, family member or you can always post about it in the reach out community. , If its at school they should have guidelines about how to deal with it, or a counsellor will help you manage it.
