That sounds totally fair, it can be really hard when you feel like people just aren't hearing you or helping. Is there anything in particular you wanted to talk about? What are you feeling right now (other than frustration)?

What strategies do you normally use to let your anger out? 

 

Yesterday I was feeling the same way, so I grabbed a bunch of ice cubes and a hammer and smashed them all up until I felt better. I was surprised by how much it helped!
