Hey @Saltwaterdreamtime

It sounds like you're feeling pretty frustrated tonight, and I can see that it's causing you some distress. @queenP has given some really good advice on techniques to process your anger in a healthy way, as well as offered to listen to you talk about what's going on. 

I think it might be a good idea if you take a step back and go over some of your self-soothing and anger management techniques that you worked out a little while back. While I know how tempting it can be to really sit in your emotions, it's a lot more rewarding in the long run to give yourself the space and kindness to approach the situation in a constructive way. 

Tell me, what are some self care strategies you normally use when you are feeling upset or frustrated in other situations?
