What about your psych? (I have a feeling you would not like that idea... but it definitely sounds like you deserve some support)

There's no rush to say goodbye (not sure when you age out) we're happy to keep supporting you on here and even when you age out I don't think they kick you out it's like a transition process. Sorry talking about this probably isn't nice. Especially at the moment. The offer still stands to chat to us on another forum- up to you though, I don't want to pressure you

If you haven't already, do you think having a chat about how we can keep you safe and some things you can do to soothe yourself during this time could be helpful? I know you're really capable- I'm just a bit worried that you might not have a lot of support right now and you said you weren't looking after yourself and have given up on change... It can be really tricky keeping safe when it's literally fighting yourself so it's good to have some tactics ready 😛
