to be honest I'm not sure yet, I don't know how to even bring it up with my parents.

Re: I wish...
@N1ghtW1ng I haven't talked to them about tough things that I can remember. I know anytime i break up with someone I will eventually have to tell them and then they want to know all the details but thats completely different.
Lately they have been "snapping" at me and literally saying whats wrong with you but they aren't saying it concerned, the tone translation is like "stop being a bitch". Anyway I can just feel them getting more frustrated with me and it's just annoying I just want to talk to a psychologist without having to tell them I'm their third child and I feel like they just can't wait until we all move out.

Hope is just around the corner; you think it's not there when you first look straight ahead, but it actually is when you turn around

Re: I wish...
Heya @hmm789,
I've just read this thread and I really admire how open you are to seeking help, even though it's difficult/nerve wracking. A lot of people never get to the stage of admitting something's not right so you're doing really well!
Psychology sessions are completely confidential and they can't even reveal that you're one of their clients, without your permission. If you're not comfortable asking your parents to take you, @Esperanza67's suggestion of asking someone else might be worth trying. Do you have access to public transport? You can always go by yourself if that'd be less stressful
