@mrmusic I'm trying to keep distracted but it's not really working. By distracted I mean being on the other thread and listening to music.

Have you tried mindfulness? It has worked for me in the past when I'm having a difficult night, but it does take practice.

I generally have to ai it out @mrmusic. I have tried mindfullness but with little success.

@mrmusic the music is just kinda background noise. I'll probably just have a shower then go to bed. Try to sleep it off I guess. Thanks though, hope you have a good night Smiley Happy.

Have you tried hot drinks like tea, or possibly hot chocolate? (I don't think coffee is a good idea at this hour). I find that quite soothing.

I had a shower then slept it off but today still isn’t great @gina-RO.

Showers can be really therapeutic  when you're having a rough night. and I'm glad to hear you got a sleep.
