Sounds like you're having a tough day It's so overwhelming when you aren't feeling good physically or emotionally. What are your plans for today? Do you have time to do something relaxing for yourself?
I'm sorry that you're having to battle dark thoughts, it does take so much mental energy to get them out of your head. Try to show yourself some compassion as you go through these feelings. I often see you offer such comfort to the community, you deserve that same comfort when you are struggling.
