I can’t contact them again because I just finished a chat. I might contact beyondblue later or lifeline but I’m not sure. I don’t want to waste their time.

Did you check out the thread @mrmusic suggested? There a pages of strategies for you lot choose from..

I’ve looked through them heaps of times and I can’t find one that I can do right now. I don’t want to move.

So one excersie is naming 5 things you can see, hear, smell, touch and feel. This one helps me feel more 'real' and can quieten my voices Smiley Happy Another one one you can do isn name 5 objects near you that are pink or soft etc
