I can’t contact them again because I just finished a chat. I might contact beyondblue later or lifeline but I’m not sure. I don’t want to waste their time.

So one excersie is naming 5 things you can see, hear, smell, touch and feel. This one helps me feel more 'real' and can quieten my voices
Another one one you can do isn name 5 objects near you that are pink or soft etc
