Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Neg: feeling so stupid that I didn't know that the placement activities were in the online units! Smiley Sad
Pos: I've got started on some of them and it's not as though they are due next week! Smiley Happy

Neg: Really don't want to go back to that section!
Pos: at least I won't be working in that part of the industry!

Neg: feel like I won't get the stuff done!
Pos: I'll talk to my supervisor

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Neg: haven't slept in days
Pos: they gave me a strong sleeping tablet that should help.

Negative: most likely gonna be in hospital a few more days.
Pos: I'm here to het help and hopefully get some of my meds fixed

Neg: I can't get out for a walk
Pos: at least there is a courtyard to walk around when I feel stressed

Neg: I don't know what's caused all this
Positive: its to not know why sometimes, and it will be something I'll explore when I go to therapy

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Negative: Haven't been feeling so great recently, really been struggling with the house moving and haven't had time to do any of my TAFE study which is only stressing me out even more! I've also got all this worry inside my head about babysitting and budgetting - I don't know where all my money is going! Smiley Surprised

Positive: I am trying so hard to get through. I am fighting each step to get through.

Negative: I don't want to fight anymore though. I'm sick of fighting just to get through the day and remain safe!!! I'm sick of fighting with myself all the time. It's exhausting. I feel fake.

Positive: I don't know?

Negative: I've had some pretty worrisome thoughts in the week or so...

Positive: I got through them and managed to remain safe and half ignore them/reason with myself!!

Negative: Sometimes I feel like it's all just too hard. Like I'm not going anywhere anytime fast. I just feel like I'm going around in circles! Smiley Sad

Positive: I'm trying. I'm doing my best.

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Negative: Someone accused me of having an affair which is not true. LOL

Positive: I think I am able to give an opportunity to other people. Smiley Happy

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Negative: Feeling anxious

Positive: I think I'll de-stress myself by praying and having a quick shower.

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Negative: I met someone who reminds me of my ex aka my attacker. His mannerism, the way he dresses his height and hair. YIKES!

Positive: I'm actually kind of glad that this happened this early into trauma counselling. I was also able to talk to my dr about it the other day, I spent the weekend with my parents and I don't have to wait too long to talk to my counselor.

Negative: I've only just started with my trauma counselor and now she is leaving the service at the end of this week.

Positive: It is still early on and someone else will be picking up my file.

My entire life can be described in one sentence: It didn't go as planned and that's okay. ツ

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Negative: my head hurts

Positive: maybe I should have some water, have a small snack and relax.

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Negative: I've been experiencing some anxiety, I'm dying to go shopping. It's killing me, and I just went this weekend.

Positive: I can do this, I need to relax, find something else enjoyable to do.
