I feel like I'm at the start of manic. There's also the aliens in my room talking to me. I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner I was really scared and I went for a walk and watched a movie.

@redhead - I agree @honky and @mrmusic -  never apologise  for looking after yourself- self-care is always number 1!
If you feel like your mood is changing, it's a good idea to talk to someone (psychologist, doctor) about this so you can look after yourself and get some support as well.
