There is so much going on and I can't name them all, I could probably write a book about these tbh. But all I know is that I'm struggling a lot and I'm stuck in this box I can't escape.

im wondering if you could speak to your gp about how your feeling?
im not sure of your age- but maybe a school counsellor as well?
i think the first important step is to get you the 'real' life support you need as well.
also if your ever feeling overwhelmed there are some helplines you can call
these services have phone numbers but also chat. these people are real psychologists and can help you through your urges as well. so please store these into your phone and use them at will ok?
its really important to start getting some help.
i can think of 2 threads that might be useful for you as well in regards to some coping strategies. ill tag you into them as well to help when your feeling overwhelmed ok

@scared01 and it's almost like an urge to self-harm, like a habit or that I NEED to do it if that makes sense? Like I don't want to badly hurt myself but it's almost like I just need to do it to get through a day. Kind of like a drug

When it gets to this point it's definitely time to call or type to someone over in urgent help because you deserve the best support possible and we are not the best support when you're self-harming. i get that you think its a must. i thought so too and it quickly became a habit but the more you give in to it the harder it is to get back out of
