Re: loosing the will to go on

@scared01 Oh I'm sorry I misunderstood that.

So you didn't see the point in going to see the psychologist. Has that changed now that you saw her today?

When you say that you realized it was a mistake, do you mean that you thought going to see the psychologist was a mistake? Or was it more how the session went?

Re: loosing the will to go on

oh sorry @Bee

that was suppose to be i not it. sorry. you didnt misinterpret anything- my spelling mistake

I was a mistake and well stll am.

going to see the psych was still a good idea to go today jsut not yesterday. i i had of made another realisation similar to that one i wouldnt have been in a good state and would have been safer walking home rather than driving.

Re: loosing the will to go on

Oh, I read it as it not I.... My bad.

You feel like you're a mistake? Is this correct?

Ok that makes sense. Sometimes we have to feel okay in ourselves and feel safe before we can work through things. That's totally okay Smiley Happy

Re: loosing the will to go on

thanks @honky

OK well im wondering if its a wise decision to tell my Gp about my suicidal thoughts? or my SH? or how i became careless if i was to do something stupid?
im worried she will send me back to hospital. i have a little bit more direction now though. so im wondering if i just say ive been ok , taking these meds now and talk about my psychiatrist appointment not psychologist and also get my ultrasound result back.

Re: loosing the will to go on

@scared01 I think ultimately it is your decision as to whether you tell your GP or not. I guess the biggest thing will be making sure you are safe. And if not that's probably when she'll send to the hospital.

Are you safe?

Are you able to reach out to someone (Eg a helpline or 000) if you are feeling at risk?

Re: loosing the will to go on

@scared01, I agree with @Bee, it is ultimately your decision. However, can I ask, do you trust your GP?

Re: loosing the will to go on

I am safe yes.

Im hoping im through that loop for now. Its exhausting mentally and physically being in that state.

I do trust  my gp but she seems to panic as soon as i meantion sh or si.

I really just want to focus on getting my test results
