If you find it isn't helpful to replace it with a positive thought don't worry too much! Its actually really valuable in itself that you are able to notice that the thoughts you are having are intrusive and recognise that although your mind is thinking them, you don't really want the bad thing to happen. Sometimes if we really don't want something to happen our mind can play that thing over to give us anxiety about it, I feel like this is a similar thing to what you might be experiencing. Its a bit confusing to explain but hopefully that made some sort of sense!
