It helped me a little, but i was veeryyy distracted with lots of things that need a bit of following up. So i spent a lot of time remembering to just pay attention to my breathing. I kind of actually relaxed about half-way through about when it told me to remember something that made me upset. Derp.

 

 

How did everyone else go?

Just finished mine. How did everyone go?

I found it interesting, but I couldn't get myself to relive an uncomfortable situation. That part felt uncomfortable for me. So my focus rested on my breathing instead.

I have done this kind of stuff before. I found myself getting distracted a lot my brain wasn't all there

I think it's cool that you were able to make that call for yourself @Creativegirl12!

 

@Grake it's actullay okay to get distracted. It's like building muscles or training up for a sport. It takes a little work to get awesome at it.

 

Did you feel better, worse or about the same after having a go?

I felt a bit more calm. I'm a little excited today. Racing thoughts. At times it was hard to slow down tho.

I felt a bit worse after. I think it was because I couldn't think of a happy time.
