I'm so sorry that you are going through so much. Year 11 is certainly a really full on time and I am feeling for you going through all of this 💜
It can be really hard to stop self-harming, has your school counsellor been able to offer any strategies around coping with the urges?

I wanted to check in around how you are feeling about the counsellor telling your family about what is going on for you, have your family been supportive? Do you get along with the counsellor alright?
