I am so sorry to hear you're having such a rough time at the moment - year 11 can be a lot at the best of times yet alone when you're experiencing anxiety attacks. It's awesome to hear you have been able to speak to a counsellor though and that you are open with loved ones about where you are at, that takes a lot ❤️ I was just wondering if there are certain things that trigger your feelings of anxiety and urges to self harm? Or is it more a general feeling? I was also wondering if your counsellor has given you any substiuting behaviours to help you when you feel these urges?
