It's lovely of you to share your experiences here with the community and give support to others going through something similar to you 💛 A lot of people who self-harm find themselves wanting to continue doing it, you suggested that if someone feels the need to self-harm they could come here - this is a link to the games space which could be a nice distraction, is that something you could try @AngelJoy ? 

It can also be really hard to tell family and loved ones about self-harm, we have a great content piece here about self-harm generally which might be helpful in opening up about this. We also have this awesome piece about self-help for self-harm 💙
