I'm so sorry you're going through that, I understand what you're saying. I struggle with my mental health too, and compared to others I haven't experienced much trauma or difficulties. Mental health problems are not defined by how much trauma or hardships someone goes through, the reasons for them are incredibly complex, and they are just as valid as physical illnesses. I think a lot of other people will understand or relate with what you've said, we're here for you ❤️
