Hi @StormySeas17, I’m really sorry to hear that you’re dealing with some bad anxiety at the moment, it can be truly exhausting. What have you been doing in the last few weeks to cope with these feelings?
I’m sorry to hear that your psychologist is booked out, too. Do you feel comfortable telling your psychiatrist that you’re feeling anxious but you don’t want to add any new meds into the mix?

As someone who experiences anxiety myself, I find it really calming to play games on my phone when I’m on the verge of a panic attack. It gives me a distraction so that I don’t get caught up focusing on my anxiety intensifying. The more stuck into the game I get, the less I notice how I’m feeling.
