I'm really sorry to hear that you're having a rough time at home at the moment and that things feel a bit toxic. What does that look like for you?
 
I'm sorry to hear that things are tough at school as well. Trying to talk to people at school can be tricky, I know that I always used to feel a bit self-conscious when I couldn't come up with something to say. I'm glad that you're able to connect with people online a bit more easily.

You mentioned in your post that you've been self-harming in order to escape, too. Have you told anyone that you trust about this before?
