Hi @Betty123 ! I'm so glad to hear you're getting out of lockdown 😀

I'm sorry to hear that having panic attacks has become part of your school experience. And absolutely. It's very common for panic attacks to be triggered in some places by certain things or feelings that don't appear in other places, or because of past experiences that happened a particular place. Sometimes, even the thought of school can make people feel nervous enough to start panicking.

I wonder if there's a particular trigger that makes you feel this way. Are there any particular moments or feelings you might have at school that make you feel like you might have a panic attack? I know some people panic at certain classes or in crowded hallways. Is there anyone that you could talk to that could help you explore the feeling of panic? Maybe a school counsellor or your friends?
