5 ways to deal with intense anger
1. Scream into a pillow, scribble on paper, rip up that paper
2. Try and ask yourself what's behind your anger (anger is just the tip of the iceberg!). Journal if you need to!
3. Splash your face with cold water. Breathe. Do some star jumps. Dance. Go for a walk. Get that energy out!
4. Listen to loud angry music
5. Talk to a trusted support about how you're feeling once you've had some space to breathe
