Hello @Tulip_Starling, sounds like things were difficult for you last night. I think it was great that you were reaching out for support to help yourself feel better. You mentioned that you have been feeling overwhelmed with various emotions during these lockdowns. I am sorry to hear about that. You mentioned that you have urges to harm others and yourself at times but don't act on them. Are there any strategies that you use to manage these urges? Do you have anyone that you can talk to about these emotions and urges? Do you see a counsellor or psychologist that you feel comfortable discussing this with?
