Welcome to our community & thanks so much for sharing. Dating is so hard, you are definitely not alone in feeling all of those things! One thing that's helped me is realising that other people's actions aren't always about me. You never really know what someone is going through or the things they are working on in the background. It feels impossible sometimes, but try not to take it personally.
