So glad I found this thread so I thought I would contribute to it! It's awesome to hear such excellent responses so far. Self-care is such an important skill and not talked about enough. It can be so common to feel guilty or bad when taking time for ourselves.

Today I practiced self-care by:

  • Waking up early, walking my puppy, and rewarding myself with a coffee and a doggi-cino for my pup. He was so happy it brought a big smile to my face seeing him happy. 
  • I practiced positive self-talk and positive affirmations.
