Reminder: Weekly Wellbeing Wednesday 9th February - Coping with COVID
For over two years now, we've talked about COVID a lot - case numbers, isolation, lockdowns, vaccination. But how do you cope with this new 'COVID' normal? What does taking care of your mental health look like when you or someone you know has COVID? How do you practice self-care when you are in isolation? How do you find moments of normalcy when school, work, socialising, and everyday life look a bit different?
If you're feeling low, uncertain, or just plain fed up with COVID life, tune in on Wednesday February 9th at 7pm to learn about how to put the 'life' back into living with COVID.
This week, we will be joined by Louise, a 23-year-old law student who is going to share her story of looking after her mind and learning how to thrive, even when COVID gets in the way.
RSVP and find the event here, and we will see you on Wellbeing Wednesday!
