Hey @lemurien, you're most welcome and thank you for bringing us along on this journey with you. Your experience with the psychiatrist sounds mixed.. you got a treatment plan which seems to be what you were hoping for, but it was also scary and a little worrying. Do you think you got what you needed from your visit?

Getting a diagnosis (even if you suspected it) can be confronting and a lot to take in. Make sure you are being gentle with yourself while you navigate this new part of your journey. You said you don't know what to do, feel or think. I could see myself feeling the same if I was in your shoes. The side effects sound frustrating. Do you know whether these side effects are to be expected? Do you have a review appointment with your psychiatrist at some point? I am a gamer myself, so I laughed about the video games... hopefully that effect translates onto some other tasks too! 😅
