I'm loving the advice @Anonymous has shared with you, really insightful (thanks hopeful_24!). A self-care or support plan is a really helpful tool to have to help with you're feeling overwhelmed, down or anxious. We recently had a weekly wellbeing session where @Portia_RO shared some really great info on how to make your own support plan that you might find helpful too. How do you feel about giving this a try? Is there anything you might need some help with when filling it out?
