Dear @Dirtbike_gang 

 

Hope you are doing okay. I had trouble finding activities that suited me as well when I did my first ever self-care plan. Are you an active, sporty person or more of a homebody? That might help narrow down the types of activities suitable to you. For example, I'm a total homebody and most of my self-care activities I can do in the comfort of my bedroom i.e. reading, crafts, puzzles, watching shows etc. I don't mind you asking my age at all, I turned 24 this Feb 🙂 

Ther is something called the Wheel of Wellbeing which breaks it down into categories and might give you some inspiration. Check it out below and let me know your thoughts!
