I see others having been offering their support so I don't want to bombard you with the same information over again. How are you feeling currently?
@ayrc_1904 maks a profound point, unfortunately recovery isn't a linear model so you will have to go with the ebbs and flows. I know a lot of people suggest working on breathing techniques and as someone who also experiences panic atttacks I've had to work really hard on that one but it does have positive affects. Are you able to tell when it is coming on, any particular triggers? I think part of the process is identifying as best we can when and why it comes (sometimes these aren't straightforward questions to answer). The other important part is after-care. WHat do you do after a panic attack to soothe yourself?
