I'm so glad you reached out for some support around how you're feeling at the moment. It's really positive to see how aware you are about how you're feeling, things that could be potentially making things tough for you and even some suggestions yourself about how you might be able to improve this too.

 

It does sound like you have a LOT on your plate. Anyone that was spending 40 hours on study and then another 20-25 hours on work would struggle! So it might be an idea as you suggested, to readjust this to fit into your life in a more manageable way. What do you think that would like like for you? It's so important that we have time to rest, and time to do things just for enjoyment too. Without that it is very difficult not to burn out or feel down.

 

I think getting some support from a professional would be a really positive thing to do for yourself. Everyone has mental health, regardless of how you might perceive your life to be not that bad. You definitely deserve to have a support network and people that can help you when things are tough, but also when things aren't feeling so tough. It's always good to have someone to talk to. Have you spoken to a professional before?
