I'm sorry that you're hurt right now 💔 it can be hard to imagine another relationship, but right now, the most important thing is to focus on getting through every day (and if you can trust that in time you'll feel differently). I thought I'd check in on this thread, too, and share some stuff that might be helpful to check out:
