I just want to check up on you - I hope you're doing okay today. I'm so sorry to hear that your friends aren't validating your feelings and other things you shared. Our feelings are important to us and I can imagine feeling ignored and disregarded can make us think we're worthless. Like previous responses from have expressed, you are definitely not wrong to express your feelings. I'm very disheartened to hear how your friends are treated you. I just want to let you know that we're all hear to listen.
As you mentioned, I can imagine it must be very hard to start a conversation with your friends after feeling invaledated. Feel free to check this post out on tackling difficult conversations and let us know what you think. If you decided not to, that's absolutely fine - we're all here for you. Feel free to share your feelings and things that are important to you.
