I am alright. I went to the beach yesterday. I don't actually like beaches because of the sand, water and people but I pushed through it and even ate some fish but couldn't get myself to eat the chips. I really wanted to take Benny with me but he's still reactive to sounds and people (much like me!). My twin sister has been home for about a week and I keep ruining everything because I'm so quick to anger and I can rage for hours and become really unstable. It's unbearable. I have wanted to self-harm but haven't. Instead I've been planning other tattoos to cover my scars. I'm thinking a green butterfly on my thigh! 💚
