Hi @Chloe-RO ,

So today went better than expected, but I will probably still talk with my school counsellor because this year will definitely be more challenging then past years.

I might consider getting my GP involved, as I feel my mental health is at risk of declining so I might have a mental disorder or what not. I'm not too sure though.
