It's wonderful to hear that you have such a passion for both flying and software programming. Having multiple interests can make decision-making even more challenging. It's important to give yourself permission to explore and learn about both options before making a final choice.
I remember when I first started university, I actually ended up transferring to a completely different degree. It can sometimes feel like we are under a lot of pressure to choose to 'right' degree, but universities are so flexible and understanding that it is ok to make that transfer if you change your mind.
I'm also wondering if your school/uni has a career advisor as they may be able to give some in-depth information on what each course entails so that you see which one suits your interests more.
