Day1 Meditate
"What is Meditation?" 🤔
Meditation is the deliberate focusing of attention to bring about feelings of calm and heightened energy and awareness, in addition it offers health benefits to many and there are even research to prove it!
With the hustle and bustle of life, it's alright to give yourself a much needed break through Meditation.Give yourself permission to get the much needed relaxation to clear your head of any negative thoughts, overload of information from your busy life, or just as an exercise to help calm yourself down whenever emotions get too much for you.You are free to choose any form of meditation that works for you!
"What if I don't have time for meditation?"
If you are simply too busy and can't fit in a time to do some meditation, that's alright, just try to fit it in whenever you have the chance to do it! No rush! But for those who are busy but have 5 to 10 minutes of spare time in their day, here is a 10 minute guided meditation by Headspace that you could do in your own time😊

Otherwise, if you do have the time to complete an in depth Meditation for both Mind and body, we have provided you with a list of optional types of meditation you could consider practising in addition to some free apps you could use to aid you.

- Bowen Therapy
- Breathing to reduce stress
- Grounding Meditation
- Focus Meditation
- Connecting Mind and Body Meditation
- The Alexander Technique
Some apps you could use:

- Calm
- Insight Timer
- Simple Habit
- Smiling Mind
