Hi!! Firstly, thank you for organising this challenge, seems like a great opportunity to share what works for us and try out new methods of self care 🙂
I recommend the YouTube channel called The Mindful Movement. It has been so great in helping me build more self-acceptance and self-compassion. It's made a massive difference in quietening my inner critic. Visualising breathing out as letting go of unnecessary worries, expectations and judgements has been so pivotal for me. Sometimes we carry so much and don't even realise how much it's impacting us or how freeing it is to let it go. What's great about this channel is there are guided meditations of different lengths from 6 minutes to 1 hour. There are also separate playlists for anxiety, stress, self acceptance and sleep and it's all free!
