     Day 2 Treat Yourself "Do something for yourself today to reward yourself"

 

How have you been?It must have been another long and hard day for you.Once in a while, we forget to look after ourselves under the pressure of workload and burdens from our personal lives.We often forget ourselves and instead consider other people's wellbeing of more importance to ourselves.Whether it be family, friends, co-workers, school peers or our lovely pets.It's time to look after ourselves.Many times, people feel guilty for giving in to doing something they like, but we would like to reassure you that you deserve it after all the hard work that you have done.After all the effort that you have put through for yourself to get through another day, you deserve a reward to tell yourself: "good job" "I'm proud of you!".😊😉

 

Below, we have included a list of options activities you could consider to pamper yourself😘

 

Rewards:

  • Throw a party with friends
  • Do a movie marathon
  • Buy a new board game to play at home
  • Play video games
  • Eat your favourite dessert:ice-cream, chocolate cake, lollies etc
  • Go for a bowling game
  • Paint a picture: Paint-by-number etc
  • watch some youtube videos from your favourite youtubers
  • Treat yourself to some smoothie or milkshake
  • Invite friends over for a barbecue
  • Buy some books that you love
  • Go out for dinner at a buffet
  • Pay for a spa or massage treatment for yourself
  • Go for a day trip to the beach
  • Allow yourself to sleep in
  • Get a new hairstyle 
  • Do some manicure
