Day by day, we tend to become disconnected to the beautiful environment around us and as a result, take it for granted.With the daily blaring sounds of cars, loud voices and the constricting infrastructure of the modern environment, connecting with nature has a way to balance our inner working by bringing peace and relaxation. 

 

When was the last time you had a proper time to truly connect with the nature around you, whether it be going for a walk in the bush, going to the mountains and have a look at the beautiful scenery?If it has been a long time since you last had a proper time to take in the greenery around you, perhaps now is the time!😀😊

Connecting With Nature

  • going to a park and lie down on the grass 
  • Quietly sit still and exhale
  • Express your inner creativity:take photos, sketch, paint, collage with dry flowers or leaves
  • Read nature books or quotes 
  • Animal watching
  • Go to a plant shop and buy some plants to put in your garden or in your house
  • sit under the night sky
  • Go for a picnic
  • Watch the sunrise and sunset
  • Relax near the water
  • Go fishing, surfing, swimming, tree climbing
  • Go camping
  • Go hiking
  • Take part in environmental conservation
  • Watch nature documentaries to learn and connect
  • Take a morning stroll
