Thank you for sharing. Sorry to hear what's been going on.


It must be so difficult to feel emotionally unsafe around your mum. In some ways, I can understand what it would be like to not feel emotionally safe in your home, because parents can be so judging some times.

And it must be so difficult having this on top of your anxiety.


You said you wanted to go into hospital but keep nearly passing out. I am assuming with the relationship you have with your mum, you can't get her to take you. Perhaps you could find someone else to take you if you have anyone who can?


Have you been doing any nice things for yourself? I like listening to music and writing when I'm struggling. What do you do to calm yourself down?
