Hey @Lemon_Dolphin it's really good to hear you'll connect with Headspace if you need. It makes sense you don't feel like you can talk to your friend about this. It can be hard when we don't know how someone will react or if they'll be supportive. It sounds like you're feeling quite emotionally and physically exhausted from fighting these urges. Scrolling on social media is a totally valid way of distracting yourself, especially if it's helping you feel better, and I know lots of people can relate.
