Hi @alikay_jay

This is such a great post! I definitely know how you feel, it can be tiring and sometimes emotionally draining after a session is finished, but I think that feeling is all normal because there is a lot to unpack at times. 

 

For me, the best way to destress would be to step outside and get some fresh air and some sunlight if possible, do some breathing exercises and listen to some good music 🙂
