I'm so glad you've found comfort in such a relaxing activity! What kind of video essays do you watch as you knit? Scarves are such an essential piece for the winter, they can be such a cute and simple way to elevate your look so I'm excited to see how you'd style it once it's done! 

Currently for self care, I've been doing facial and body massages while listening to podcasts. One of my favourite podcasts is called Skinny Dipping by Kela Rose! It's so healing to listen to and resonate with for me personally hehe
