Hey! @Olive1
Stumbled across this post and now i'm reflecting back on my highschool days haha. I'd definitely say that my year 8 english and humanities teacher would be my favourite. She would always go out her way to make the classes more interactive and enjoyable, especially with the in-class events that she would set up (e.g. creative activities, mini-games and hosting class parties). She also loved telling random funny stories from her life and bantering with the class at times too. After experiencing a personal slump during year 7, she was really the teacher that uplifted my mindset about learning and enjoying my time during highschool. My mental health improved, the bonds with my classmates grew and my grades improved significantly. Looking back, I now recognise how important her influence was for my personal growth and development as a highschool student. She really paved the way for me to make the most out of the rest of my highschool years back then and allowed me to become a more open-minded person 💯
