I think I was really lucky to have a bunch of really lovely teachers who cared about their students — one of my favourites was my Year 10 and 11 psychology teacher who was not only super passionate about the subject, but also put what we learnt into practice by having us meditate in class to improve our mindfulness, by introducing us to the resilience project (and I still listen to their podcast to this day), and he also generally just tried to make class fun for us with end of term parties etc. 

I haven't reflected on my schooling in a while and this was a really lovely opportunity to do that 🥰
