Just wanted to update everyone.
last night I spoke to my parents and their advice was very similar but also mentioning he may have been abused causing him to think this behaviour is normal. Just a theory.
But today I went and spoke with a different teacher who I am more comfortable with and wanted to speak to yesterday but couldn’t find. Anyway, they were concerned and understood my reasoning and requests while making sure everyone now and in the future is safe. She does have to report this to child safety which I completely agree with and they will speak to the support staff about the situation and potentially him receiving support.
So really the decision is up to them whether or not they see him fit or responsible for his leadership role but honestly I want him to receive the support he needs, or at least reflect on his actions and social behaviours.
As for me I’m feeling better, more level headed and supported. (But also because he left for a camp and so wasn’t at school which helped) But thank you everyone for all the kind words and support on here as well because it helped me make important decisions. Love you all thanks for everything. 🩷🩷
