Hi @Green_Ghost,

Firstly, I want to acknowledge how awesome it is that you’ve been putting so much effort into your personal and professional growth!

I also want to validate how you're feeling about the situation with your psychologist. Therapy is a big commitment, and it’s tough when things haven't been feeling quite right for a while now, from the self-disclosure to being dismissed when reaching out through email after an overwhelming day.

While I acknowledge this can be intimidating, I want to underscore that it's completely okay to have this conversation with her. After all, this is a service you're paying for you more than deserve to have a therapeutic space that feels safe and supportive to you. If you choose to go down this route, you don’t have to address everything at once and can just begin with what has been weighing on your mind the most.

If, after discussing this, things don’t get better, it’s completely okay to explore other options. However, you also have every right to find a new psychologist without having this conversation. This is as your well-being should always come first.

All in all, I'm sending you my best and hope that this post was helpful. 💚
